On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone, fax or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

MinMax Travel Co., Ltd specializes in  both inbound and outbound tours, whose registered office is at: 68 Hang Bo Str, Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam and 1 operation office in Hue City and the other one in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City.

International Tour Operation License: No: 0752/2007/TCDL-GPLHQT issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with MinMax Travel . By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes:

1. Reservation

All services should be booked through our Hanoi Head Office. The contact address and telephone / facsimile are as bellow:

2. Confirmation:

Upon receipt of your request, MinMaxTravel.Com’s team will check and inform you about availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement.

3. Voucher:

Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation.

4. Warranty:

In some cases, to hold your reservation, Our company will require your credit card details or guarantee. We will email you a credit card authorization form. To validate the guarantee, you will have to fill the form with all required details and return to us by fax or email.

5. Deposit:

You will need to secure and guarantee all services booked as MinMax Travel required deposit of some package trips:

* A deposit of minimum $100.00 US Dollars per person will be requested to guarantee some reservations (Please see in each package trip for more details). This deposit can be made by Bank Transfer to our company's account advised below. And the rest of the amount can be paid upon arrival in Hanoi or to MinMax Travel's offices in: Hanoi, Hue, Danang, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City.

* And Some Package Trips MinMax Travel do not require deposit. Also full payment can be paid upon arrive to Vietnam to MinMax Travel's Representative offices in: Hanoi, Hue, Danang, Nha Trang or Ho Chi Minh City.

6. Payment:

* Full payment can be made by Bank Transfer payable to our Bank Account, and all banking service charges will be borne (bear) by the payee.

7. Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation, MinMaxTravel.Com will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand.

8. Refunds:

Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and MinMaxTravel.Com for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work, however bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
